Description

Grapes are one of the Seven Species that grow indigenously in the land of Israel. This trivet-design is taken from an illustration by Otto Wilhelm Thome (1840-1920), a botanist and botanical artist, who painted these luscious watercolor fruits and flowers for his compendium of botanical illustrations published in Gera, Germany in 1885. The trivet can take heat of up to 150'C (400'F). It makes a lovely hostess gift. Enjoy!
